These free trainings are provided by MassMutual of Eastern Pennsylvania. As CEO of MassMutual Eastern PA, Joe Mallee III is excited to provide this information and resources to other families in our community. Presented By: Robert D. Touzeau, CLU, ChSNC, LUTCF
BIO: Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bloomsburg University, Robert began his financial services career with a focus on helping business owners, professionals, pre-retirees, and retirees. He is a native of the Lehigh Valley and has spent 20+ years building his financial services practice and positive reputation in the community. As the father of a son with Down Syndrome, and a Special Care Planner, Rob has also developed a passion and skill in working with more complex situations that typically involve children and adults with special needs. He acts as an advocate for his families and as a financial coordinator bringing together the efforts of attorneys, accountants, and trust officers. He is licensed in PA and NJ to sell life, health, and disability income insurance. He has also acquired his FINRA (www.finra.org) Series 6 and FINRA Series 63 Registrations. He is married with 4 children and resides in Center Valley, PA. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force and served our Country in Operation Desert Storm. Rob is also a member of NAIFA and the Eastern PA Down Syndrome Center (EPDSC).

As a caregiver of a dependent with special needs the single most important issue on your mind, regardless of the age of the dependent, is what will happen to my dependent after I’m gone. There are some needs that will always be present and they must be carefully considered and planned for appropriately.
This workshop addresses such critical issues as applying for government benefits for Social Security and Medicaid, creating a Special Needs Trusts, the importance of a Will and considering a Letter of Intent. Taking these 10 basic steps now can help insure the type of care and quality of life for a loved one’s well-being today and tomorrow.
The presentation will run approximately 45 minutes, with plenty of time afterwards to answer your questions
