Thank you for visiting The Arc Alliance Foundation! The Arc Alliance Foundation is an affiliated organization within the The Arc Alliance family of agencies. Our mission is to work to generate private and public funding so The Arc Alliance Advocacy Services and The Arc Alliance Children’s Services can improve and expand their services as well as provide individual support to families in need.

B. Scott CamilleriExecutive Director
Scott joined The Arc Alliance as the Executive Director of The Arc Alliance Foundation in 2011. Scott received his B.S. from Messiah College in 1990 and his M.B.A. from Eastern University in 1996. Scott began his nonprofit career in Higher Education as Director of Graduate Admissions at Eastern University. His professional development and institutional advancement experiences range from higher education, international health to social service agencies. Scott serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for The Arc Community Trust, member of The Arc Alliance Leadership team and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Scott provides visionary leadership and a breadth of professional experience to The Arc Alliance Foundation.
Cathy Jones
Cathy JonesData Entry Foundation
Cathy started at The Arc Alliance in December, 2012 in the Foundation as the Administration Assistant. She previously worked for 20 years in various Law firms doing legal billing and managed other billing staff. Due to a stroke in 2011 Cathy could no longer work fulltime. After intensive therapy she started to look for a volunteer job in the community and contacted the agency to see if she could help in the office. Cathy works 2 days a week working on our database and correspondence in our Foundation. Cathy enjoys helping other and has learned a lot about disabilities and how we can help others in our community.
Carol Lawrence
Carol LawrenceDevelopment Officer
Carol began her career with The Arc Alliance in February, 2013. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Millersville University. She worked in the corporate world for 21 years and wanted to start a career in a nonprofit to serve others. The Arc Alliance was a perfect fit for her as her first child was born with Down syndrome and he actually started his Early Intervention program with the agency. Through her experiences raising her son, she has been able to share her story as well as advocate for individuals with IDD. Getting information out to families is a very big part of her life and wanted to help others has been a goal that makes her career so rewarding. Carol was a Co-President of the Parents Committee at MARC, communication person for the NP Special Olympics Basketball Team and a Board Member for Harmony Theater. She is now the Parent Representative for the Variety Club Alumni Association. Carol’s heart is with our special needs community. Helping to make a difference in our community is what it is all about.
