Guardian This position performs a variety of guardian functions and activities, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, take initiative, must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting required deadlines.  College degree preferred, but not necessary; knowledge of Medical Assistance, previous Guardianship experience and/or Certification a plus.  Current FBI, Criminal History and Child Abuse clearances will be required to be presented at time hired. Supports Coordinator:  Under the direction of the Supports Coordination Director.    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university  which is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences.  Must present a clean PA Criminal background check, PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal Record Check at time of hire.   The position involves the location, coordination, and monitoring of needed services and supports for persons supported.  Assists participants in obtaining and coordinating needed waiver and other services.
