Families and staff all indicated that The Arc Alliance Breakfast with Frosty and Santa was fun, festive and another successful event.
On Saturday December 3rd The Arc Alliance Children’s Services hosted its annual breakfast with Frosty and Santa. Connie Viens (long-time Children’s Services Staff) did another wonderful job coordinating this festive event. The Arc Alliance is thankful to all the staff and local volunteers for the effort they provided to support our families enabling us to offer this free and festive event!
Over 51 families attended totaling over 200 people plus staff and other volunteers in the building. This was possibly the largest holiday event in our history. Frosty and Santa were the hit of the morning as usual. The children enjoyed seeing Frosty, sitting on Santa’s lap and getting their pictures taken with each of them. The Music class hosted by Fran Crowe (staff) was packed at each session, where families enjoyed singing festive songs with lots of hand motions and the use of many musical instruments. Children also enjoyed lots of arts and crafts making holiday pictures for their home!
Families were greeted and seated to eat the delicious food and drinks that prepared and served by staff and local volunteer students from a variety of schools . Again this year we were blessed by the music from The Perkiomen High School band which sounded beautiful and festive.
As you can see everyone had a great time and we were thrilled to be able to offer this free event to those families we support throughout the year!
