I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral level, as well as a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. I received my M.A. in Human Development and Behavior Analysis from the University of Kansas and my Ed.D. in Special Education from Arcadia University. Currently I am the Regional Clinical Director at Epic Developmental Services. I have worked in private and public schools, higher education and consulting organizations. I started my career in residential services for youth with autism and severe behavior disorders and I also was a special education teacher in the public schools. I worked in higher education for about 15 years, where I was the director of consulting and training, coordinator of and instructor in ABA and autism courses, and a consultant for positive behavior supports in public, private and charter schools. I started and co-directed a higher education program for students with intellectual disabilities. I continue consulting with school districts and families to support children and youth with autism and with behavior problems. I am particularly interested in staff training and in the development of social competence of individuals with autism, intellectual disability and other developmental disabilities.
