Elijah is the youngest of two and loves spending time with his family. He’s full of energy and enjoys playing outside, especially with bubbles! He also has a big fascination with trains and cars.

When Elijah’s parents noticed he wasn’t meeting his speech milestones, they reached out to The Arc Alliance for early intervention. Through speech therapy, Elijah made incredible progress. His mom shared, “Angie Sunday (Elijah’s Special Instructor) was amazing, working with him through different exercises, signing, play, and annunciation. She gave us wonderful tips on how to engage with him and practice at home. Slowly, he started talking, recognizing us as Mommy and Daddy, and even responded to his name. He’s reached so many milestones, and we are incredibly proud of him. We’re beyond thankful for the program and for Angie’s help. Now, Elijah is speaking in full sentences and gets less frustrated because he can communicate his needs.”
