EAGLEVILLE, PA  – The Arc Alliance announced the appointment of Pat Leo as its new Chief Executive Officer. Leo will replace Paul Stengle, who retires in April after 38 years as CEO at The Arc Alliance.

Pat is currently Chief Operating Officer of The Arc Alliance serving as the CEO’s second-in-command since 2006.  She will begin as The Arc Alliance CEO on April 1, 2024 after a three-month transition period.

Pat has an outstanding track record in over 35 years in Human Services.  As Chief Operating Officer at The Arc Alliance, she led teams that launched a new Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) and transformed Guardianship Services into a profitable division for the first time in its history.

Prior to joining The Arc Alliance in 2006, Pat honed her disability service management skills across residential and day programs. Pat sits on the Board of The Arc of Pennsylvania and is known across the Commonwealth and throughout the industry as a fierce advocate empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Arc Alliance Board Chair, Michael Marsh, said: “We are delighted to welcome Pat Leo as our new Chief Executive. As a dynamic leader, Pat has earned a reputation for persistence, dedication, and ethical action across the disability services. Her strategic approach, internal operations experience, and passion will help The Arc Alliance realize its full potential serving individuals with disabilities in the community.”

“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Paul Stengle for his leadership. The changes Paul made to the agency’s strategy and structure leave The Arc Alliance positioned for even more success.  Paul will continue to lead The Arc Alliance until the end of March when he retires after a remarkable 38 years of service.”

“I am thrilled to lead this talented team who has the highest quality standards and an enviable reputation as the preferred provider in disability services.  In my time as COO, I have become more convinced by the strength of The Arc Alliance’s fundamentals and growth potential.  I will be committed to working with The Arc Alliance team to continue providing superior service to even more individuals with disabilities.”  – Pat Leo
