EAGLEVILLE, PA – The Arc Alliance announced the appointment of Pat Leo as its new Chief Executive Officer. Leo will replace Paul Stengle, who retires in April after 38 years as CEO at The Arc Alliance.
Pat is currently Chief Operating Officer of The Arc Alliance serving as the CEO’s second-in-command since 2006. She will begin as The Arc Alliance CEO on April 1, 2024 after a three-month transition period.
Pat has an outstanding track record in over 35 years in Human Services. As Chief Operating Officer at The Arc Alliance, she led teams that launched a new Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) and transformed Guardianship Services into a profitable division for the first time in its history.
Prior to joining The Arc Alliance in 2006, Pat honed her disability service management skills across residential and day programs. Pat sits on the Board of The Arc of Pennsylvania and is known across the Commonwealth and throughout the industry as a fierce advocate empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
