As part of RCPA’s ongoing strategies for guiding members and stakeholders through the H.R. 1 implementation process, RCPA has developed the RCPA H.R. 1 Medicaid Resource Guide. The guide is designed to provide education and resources for the changes that are set to occur at the State and Federal levels. RCPA will continue to update this guide as implementation proceeds and information becomes available.
