The Arc Alliance Foundation Team
Nikki Krelovich is a marketing veteran whose development experience paired with her passion for inclusion makes her an ideal leader as The Arc Alliance Foundation launches a new growth phase.
Nikki’s 20+ years experience with start-ups brings an entrepreneurial approach to nonprofits. Coming from the education space, Nikki put an emerging foundation on the map and lead a team to exponentially increase funding for countless innovative educational programs for students.
She found her calling for mission-driven work at the YMCA promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Nikki values mutually beneficial partnerships where both parties benefit from our relationship in a way that is meaningful and beneficial while also furthering our shared mission.
Nikki was raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. She still visits both regularly. Nikki lives in Fairview Village with her husband, two children, and her dog Duke.
Emma Hardacre is a 2022 college graduate from Waynesburg University where she studied Public Relations. Her experiences as a Bonner Scholar, yearbook executive editor, and Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) member helped shape her passion for event planning. Always finding ways to serve, Emma also volunteered over 1600 hours at local nonprofits during her tenure at Waynesburg.
When Emma was not volunteering or attending school she worked at her mother’s business as a Direct Support Personnel (DSP). Founded in 2016, the H.A.R.D. Acre Farm in New Carlisle, Ohio operates programs for adults with disabilities who come to learn life skills after transitioning from high school. H.A.R.D. is the abbreviation for the farm’s mission and way of life: Honor and Respect Daily.
Growing up on a family farm with her mother and sister, Emma was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA (Future Farmers of America) showing a variety of animals such as cattle and pigs and sheep, and was the 2018 Clark County Fair Queen.
